Hanggat May Tinig

Jinnie Adilan

Jinnie is a factory worker from the province of Cavite. This year is his first time to join ASOP. His wife told him about ASOP, and since then, he became an avid viewer. Through the tips and advice the judges gave during the weekly and monthly finals rounds, he was able to craft his own praise song.

Jinnie admits that ASOP has made a 90% change in his personal and spiritual life. For him, whatever voice we have, it is enough to be used in glorifying God.”

Daryl Ong

Daryl’s is one of the voices among the Voices of 5. He is also a vocal arranger of the boy band. One of the covers that he did which has reached more than 60,000 views in Youtube is a John Legend original, “All of Me.”

Lyrics

Panginoon, marapatin Mo awit na alay ko
‘Di man sapat ang tinig Ko sa kabutihan Mo
Ako’y nagsusumamo na tanggapin Mo

Walang hanggan ang papuri na alay
Panginoon, tanging sa ‘Yo ibibigay
Hangga’t may tinig ako

Hangga’t may tinig ako

Hangga’t may tinig ako
Patuloy na aawit sa ‘Yo
Ihahayag ang banal na ngalan Mo

Ihahayag ang banal na ngalan Mo

Song Story

Very refreshing. Upbeat. A pleasant and joyful commercial song of praise. These were just some of the comments this song garnered from the judges that made it worth a trophy.

It took Jinnie three and a half months to finish this simple and easy-to-sing-along-with creation.

His song is actually a fruit of being an avid viewer of ASOP. He collected all the comments and tips of the judges to be able to write the feel-good song.

For Jinnie, ASOP is an effective instrument to make a composer’s dream come true. And by joining ASOP, he became closer to GOD than ever before.

“It (joining ASOP) might be a small thing. But if we take a closer look into it, it is preparing us for the eternal life,” added the songwriter.
